Vision Service Plan (VSP) is the vision insurance we accept. If you have any other vision plan please call the number on the back of your card to find out the name of your provider.

We do accept Medicare and most of the Medicare PPO/HMO plans. If you have and HMO plan we need to have a referral from your primary care physician before we can schedule an appointment. If you are not sure if you are covered please call the phone number on the back of your card and they can tell you who the providers are in this area and what your coverage is.

Medical insurance can only be billed for medical charges. NOT for eyeglasses or contacts.


We will gladly bill your insurance company for you but please remember that if we are not contracted with your insurance company they are not required to pay us for services. Any services rendered are your responsibility.
