Vision Service Plan (VSP) is the vision insurance we accept. If you have any other vision plan please call the number on the back of your card to find out the name of your provider.

​We are a Medicare provider for medical services.

Medical insurance can only be billed for medical charges. NOT for eyeglasses or contacts.

We do NOT accept any HMO plans.

We will gladly bill your insurance company for you if possible but please remember that if we are not contracted with your insurance company they are not required to pay us for services. Any services rendered are your responsibility.
